The Reformed Scholastics viewed theology as a discipline that occupies a position on the spectrum between the theoretical and practical. In this blog, we will approach theology methodically and characteristically as a mixed discipline that encompasses both theory and practice, drawing on the perspective of Francis Turretin. While it may not always be possible to perfectly balance these two elements, it is our intention to approach our discussions with a consideration of both the theoretical and practical aspects of theology.
